The loco arrived yesterday and looks superb, from the overall filthy appearance that was typical of the final days of the ‘Warship’ Class 42s right down to the tiny details like the clean wiped windows on an otherwise filthy windscreen. Equally impressive was the great service from Glen & Carol- they researched how best to arrange international shipping and checked in with me at every stage of the process to make sure they were meeting my needs, even sending me a couple of photos of the finished model for my review before final despatch.
